Ordering

How do I place an order?

Select 'Browse Menus' to view our list of available restaurants, filter by your preferences (cuisine, dietary restrictions, etc.) and click 'View Menu' on the merchant of your choice. Select your dishes, add to cart, then checkout and make payment. If your order is rejected by the merchant, you will be refunded accordingly.

How do I filter the list of merchants according to my preferences?

Go to Browse Menus and use the filter sidebar on the left to narrow down merchants by cuisine, dietary requirements, price per pax, group size, lead time and minimum rating.

Can I order from more than one merchant at a time?

No. You may only order from one merchant per order. However, you may order multiple menus from the same merchant. If you wish to order from multiple merchants, simply place a new order.

Can I cancel or amend my order after it is accepted by the merchant?

No. Once payment has been made, it is final and non-refundable.

Can I request a custom menu?

Yes. Chat with us on WhatsApp at +65 8966 3963 and write in your specifications. Our team will reach out to you accordingly.

Deliveries

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery charges for Full Buffet Set-Up vary for each merchant. For Disposable Catering, the delivery charge is a flat $30, and free for self-collection.

Is there a surcharge for city or offshore deliveries?

No. All delivery charges are specified per merchant and are final.

Why are delivery charges for Full Buffet Set-Up higher than Disposable Catering?

Full Buffet Set-Up requires additional manpower to set up and tear down the event, so merchants charge more to cover these costs.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Yes. Most merchants are available. If your order is rejected by a merchant on those dates, you will be fully refunded.

What do I do if I receive incorrect or missing items?

Contact us via WhatsApp (+65 8966 3963) or email (enquiries@feeds.sg) with your order number, and we'll coordinate with the merchant to rectify the issue.
