Common questions
What is the minimum order for corporate accounts?
10 pax — the lowest minimum in Singapore. Whether it's a team lunch for 10 or a quarterly all-hands for 300, one account covers it all.
How does the 30-day credit term work?
Once your account is approved, you order as normal. At the end of each calendar month, we issue a single invoice covering all orders. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
Can we get GeBIZ / e-Invoice compatible invoices?
Yes. We issue GST-compliant e-invoices for all corporate accounts. If your procurement system requires a specific format (ARIBA, Vendors@Gov, etc.), your account manager will sort it out.
Are there halal options?
Many of our restaurant partners are halal-certified (MUIS). You can filter by HC (Halal Certified) on the merchant listing, and your account manager can put together a pre-approved halal shortlist for your team.
How far in advance do we need to order?
Most caterers need 1–3 days advance notice. For recurring weekly orders, your account manager can set up a standing schedule so you never have to think about it.
Can we set up recurring weekly orders?
Yes. Speak to your account manager to set up a recurring schedule — same caterer, same menu, same day every week. You can change or cancel anytime.
